Huntington Hospital, located in Pasadena, Calif., is a more than 520-bed nonprofit community hospital. The hospital has been providing health care services to patients since its founding in 1892. Its more than 90 programs and services include basic health care, wellness activities and state-of-the-art care programs for life-threatening injuries and illnesses. It offers acute medical care and community services, ranging from general medicine to specialized programs in cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, women's and children's services, surgery, emergency and psychiatry. Hunting Hospital is also a teaching facility affiliated with the University of Southern California School of Medicine and with several accredited nursing schools and colleges.
