It is located to Major Hotels such as the SLS Beverly Hills, W Hollywood, Roosevelt, Sofitel, Beverly Hills Hotel, L'Ermitage, and the Peninsula. Rama has been named "One of the Top 100 Restaurants in the USA" by Zagat Survey and Conde Nast, "One of America's Hottest New Restaurants in 2007" by USA TODAY Rama creates authentic Thai food using french techniques and fresh ingredients from local farms and purveyors. The kitchen is held by Pannuwat Soukjai who was the instructor of the culinary institute in Thailand as well as the former executive chef of the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok.
