The studio is located in a beautiful space in the heart of Coral Springs Florida, and services Boca Raton, Parkland, Tamarac, Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Margate, Weston, Delray Beach, Lauderhill, Sunrise, Pompano Beach and Lighthouse Point.
We provide 1,000 square feet of Balanced Body Pilates equipment, in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We have a total of 8 Pilates reformers, 2 Trapeze tables (Cadillac), 1 Ladder Barrel, 14 BOSU Balance Trainers, a chair, multiple spine correctors, 2 Redcord Trainers, mat Pilates and a variety of props to help you be the best possible you.
