Ready Willing & Able

Ready, Willing & Able, also known as RWA, is a residential paid work and training program for homeless individuals. It has helped more than 3,000 men and women to obtain drug-free and secure employment. The program also serves adults with substance abuse problems. Ready, Willing & Able s community improvement project focuses on street and cleaning services. It undertakes contracts for cleaning areas in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens in New York. The program also includes a food preparation project that provides men and women with food handling and preparation skills. Ready, Willing & Able offers an individualized service plan. It is a part of The Doe Fund.
