Beginning therapy is about exploring your emotions, memories, and current life situations. Therapy will only work for you if you are willing to put your time and energy into it. As a psychotherapist, I will be available to you during the therapy hour to listen, offer insights, suggestions, interventions, and other feedback based on the information that you present to me. I am not a mind reader, I don’t have a crystal ball, nor do I have a magic wand! As with everything else you do, you will get out of it what you are willing to put into it.
