Reeves Construction Company was originally incorporated in 1955 as a small, family-run construction company located in Americus, Ga., employing ten employees. Now considered one of the largest construction companies in the state of Georgia, Reeves Construction Company has approximately 450 employees, three regions, thirteen asphalt plants, and more than 1,100 units of construction equipment. The company reports annual sales of nearly $125 million. Contract sales are derived from projects in excess of $10 million to projects less than $10 thousand. Nearly 75% of Reeves Construction Company s sales are Georgia Department of Transportation's new construction and road improvement contracts. Reeves Construction Company performs all phases of construction from clearing, grading and drainage through asphaltic concrete paving of roadways and parking areas.
