Remodeling Made Simple was started in 2003 by Craig & Ron Colborg who are third generation natives to Colorado. We are proud members of the Denver Better Business Bureau with an A+ Rating and active member of Tom Martino's Referral List. We have 35+ years of home remodeling design and construction experience and in 2003 decided to start our own company. We are licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection.


We are well versed in the 2003 International Residential Building Code Standards and have worked with many of the municipal building departments to expedite permits for your home remodel project. While other basement finishing and home remodeling companies will boast of their awards and associations, we take pride from the satisfaction and feedback of our customers.
