Recognizing that San Diego needed a highly streamlined and professional property management company, his military experience contributed to his organization and development of a company with the highest integrity and standards. The office is fully staffed with 25 full-time employees. Each staff member is screened for maturity, sound judgment and dependability. Each has a commitment to making American Heritage Properties the best property manager in the business. Homes are managed by a management team. Each team consists of a Senior Property Manager, a Property Manager, and an Assistant Property Manager. This team is responsible for handling the daily tasks of managing homes. The Management Teams are supported by a Leasing Department that is responsible for receiving and routing calls, describing properties to prospective tenants, and setting appointments. An Accounting Department processes rental payments, makes payments on accounts, processes statements and handles tax form preparation.
