Originally a division of Ajax Hardware, Rev-A-Shelf was established in 1978 as a division of Jones Plastics & Engineering, a family-owned injection molder of appliance parts as well as custom polymer components with five manufacturing facilities in Kentucky, Tennessee and Mexico. Its product line includes metal and polymer components manufactured for the largest U.S. cabinet manufacturers. The company also offers residential cabinet storage and organizational products such as kitchen drawer organizers, base cabinet and pantry pullouts, functional waste containers and childproof locking system. The product line currently consists of polymer, wire, wood and stainless steel components, manufactured and marketed worldwide to kitchen dealers, cabinet and furniture manufacturers, cabinet industry distributors and retail home centers. The company s marketing and distribution center for Europe is located in Le Balmay, France. Rev-A-Shelf houses a 200,000-square-foot facility and is ISO 9002 certified.
