When the opportunity arose to bring alternatives to physicians and surgeons who were facing challenges at every turn, RUAL and Berkshire-Hathaway jumped at the chance to collaborate once again. As specialists in physicians' and surgeons' liability needs, our underwriters are fully committed to this market. Likewise, Berkshire-Hathaway has made several major commitments to the medical professional liability market. Our relationship with them is one.
