Rockford Manor has 120 nursing care beds, all of which are certified for Medicare patients.
We offer exceptional rehabilitation services to help our patients heal and achieve their greatest levels of strength, ability and independence. These services include physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy.
To make sure each patient's needs are consistently met, our medical director and nurse practitioners are on-site two to three times every week
