Roosevelt Alternative High School offers classes from grades nine through 12 in various subjects, including English, algebra, geometry, biology, health, American history, economics and chemistry. It also offers elective classes in business law, computer applications, fitness, reading, music, parenting, child development, art, automotives, machines, and graphic and visual arts. The school offers various sports activities in football, cross country, hockey, cheerleading, volleyball, softball, baseball, and track and field. The school provides enrollment to more than 800 students and provides advanced placement and scholarship programs to students. Located in Rockford, Ill., Roosevelt Alternative High School is affiliated with Rockford Public School District.
