Root Electric was founded in 1986 by William J. Root. Root Electric is a licensed electrical contractor focusing on residential electrical upgrades and repairs in the Northern Virginia area. We set ourselves apart from our competition by offering a superior level of customer service, attention to detail, and highly trained, clean cut employees. Communication is the key to our success. All proposals are spelled out item by item in as much detail as needed for the customer to make an informed decision. Projects are thoroughly researched and planned carefully before the customer signs a contract. Root Electric has a dedicated estimating department. All estimates are completed by a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician and are priced "per job". Our service and jobsite electrians are proficient communicators.
