Founded in 1976, The Roy Maas' Youth Alternatives Foundation offers counseling services. The foundation provides individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, life skills training and parenting classes for at-risk youth and families. It offers counseling and shelter for children who have experienced physical and sexual abuse and neglect and abandonment. The Roy Maas' Youth Alternatives Foundation assists the young adults with employment, as well as residents with managing their finances, such as keeping a savings account, grocery shopping and fee payments. The foundation also offers rehabilitative services, including speech, physical, occupational and respiratory therapies. In addition, it provides home health management, skilled nursing and hospice care services. It is located in San Antonio.
