As water and air leak problems began to be addressed by the car manufacturers at the production level, Rubber-Seal Products transitioned into creating, manufacturing and selling products for the automotive and truck collision repair industry. Rubber-Seal manufactures clear coats, primers, activators, reducers, adhesives, sealants and coatings. From its Rubber-Seal Products label, the company produces sandpaper, fasteners and welding blankets. The company serves approximately 20,000 of the 60,000 automotive collision repair shops in the United States. Established in 1948, Rubber-Seal Products is located in Dayton, Ohio.
