Founded in 1949, Runza is a full-service restaurant specializing in Runza Sandwiches. Based in Lincoln, Neb., the restaurant also offers a diverse menu of onion rings, hamburgers, salads, chicken breast sandwiches, gourmet salads and desserts. It also provides a selection of fish sandwiches, polish dogs, chicken strips, French fries and a range of side dishes. In addition, the parent company, Runza National Inc. owns and operates more than 81 Runza Restaurants in Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa and Kansas.
