Our firm specializes in designing commercial and municipal buildings, assisted living facilities, multi-family housing, park and recreation buildings, and libraries. We also maintain an active practice in town planning and downtown revitalization. In 2002 Sabongi Consulting Group, Inc established Oxford Development LLC in order to create the framework for the development of commercial and residential projects. We wanted to create an entity which would allow us to develop ideas into projects and to eliminate the necessity of hiring another development company to put together a project.
