Sacred Heart Health System's Cardiac Rehabilitation program is dedicated to helping our cardiac patients return to their normal rhythm of life as quickly and painlessly as possible. Once patients are discharged, they are frequently referred to the Cardiac Rehabilitation, which is owned and operated by Sacred Heart Hospital.
