Pure Marketing Group, US Connects and Safelink Wireless are hiring Community Outreach Representatives to help with the enrollment process of new applicants in a government based FREE phone program. QUALIFICATIONS: -Must be 18 and over. (High school diploma / GED is a PLUS but NOT REQUIRED) -Must have a smart phone or tablet. -Must have good communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. -Must have impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. -Must be able to occasionally multi-task in team based events or street marketing. -Must have access to public transportation. Personal transportation is a HUGE plus. -Must be able to pass a drug screening. (You take this on your own) -Must be able to pass a background check. (Only robbery, violent crimes and fraud are not allowed) -Training provided. No SALES EXPERIENCE needed but it is ABSOLUTELY a plus! -Bilingual in other language such as Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and Chinese is a HUGE plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Educate applicants about Safelink Wireless products and services. -Identify and enroll applicants who qualify for a free cell phone that comes with free monthly service. (Minutes vary by state but generally come with 500 free minutes and UNLIMITED Texts) -Accurately document and report applicants via our app which we will provide you. -Maintain applicant confidentiality. -Maintain professional interaction with applicants and fellow team members. -Meet or exceed personal applicant goals on a week to week and monthly basis. -Set up and break down of tents, banners, kiosks etc at team based events. -Occasionally develop and maintain positive relationships with retail store general managers. -Identify and target community events and organizations that would be interested in working with our group. We are seeking 20+ community outreach representatives to conduct door-to-door, street promotion and event based marketing in lower income areas giving away FREE CELLPHONES to eligible applicants. Phones are free to applicants who get any type of government assistance including Medicaid, Food Stamps, TANF, PIPP/HEAP, Free School Lunch, OR, have an an income equal to, or below, 130% of the poverty level.
