The Facilities Management Division operates and maintains facilities for the citizens and employees of Salt Lake County, Utah. It provides support for facilities and programs administered by the county agencies. The division serves county-elected officials, departments and divisions. The Facilities Management Division maintains jails, courts, performing and visual art centers, fire stations, health clinics, libraries and golf clubhouses. It also maintains swimming pools, ice rinks, sheriff substations, office spaces, animal shelters, planetariums, storage areas, and recreation, senior and exposition centers. The department is a part of the Salt Lake County government, which operates administrative services, fire and paramedic, fold control, health, human resources, mental health, purchasing and public works departments. The Facilities Management Division is located in Salt Lake City.
