At Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH), our licensed, board-certified staff uses current equipment to diagnose and treat many types of cancer. GSH Cancer Center follows national best practices to assure appropriate patient treatment. Our physicians and staff have excellent credentials and deliver great results. While GSH is Joint Commission accredited, the Samaritan Breast Cancer Program was the first in the nation to be certified separately by the Joint Commission.
Inpatient oncology services are provided at the GSH main campus on Philadelphia Drive in Dayton. The Samaritan Cancer Center is located in Englewood at the Good Samaritan North Health Center location, an outpatient facility that also includes a breast center and an outpatient surgery center.
Many diagnostic procedures and cancer treatments are performed on an outpatient basis. The Good Samaritan North Health Center is the largest outpatient ambulatory center in the area, with multiple care centers that make access to care convenient.
