SEA Logistics Division is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. The company is comprised of the Consumer Electronics Division, based in Ridgefield Park, N.J., and the Information Technology Division, with its headquarters in Irvine, Calif. The organization oversees the North American operations of Samsung Telecommunications America, Samsung Electronics Canada and Samsung Electronics Mexico. As a subsidiary of an established leader in the worldwide electronics market, SEA Logistics is continually expanding its position within the U.S. market.
