San Diego County Office of Education has been operational for more than 25 years. The organization assists more than 75 school districts in Northern California. It offers a wide variety of programs and services, such as special programs for English learners, low-performing schools, teachers and other school personnel. SDCOE organizes various staff development and training seminars, including administrator, sexual harassment prevention, after school programs, data and assessment network, financial services, facility planning, and Friday night live activities seminars. The organization also hosts several workshops pertaining to educational technology, grant writing, health and physical education, history and social science, instructional television programming, language arts, leadership services and loss control solutions.
