We are totally customer oriented and provide personalized service. Jim or Dan will come to your home and give you a free estimate on equipment installation. - Low diagnostic fee. We come out for one low fee, assess your needs & give you a flat rate price. If you don't want the repair you pay only the diagnostic fee.
- Flat rate pricing. No matter how long the repair takes you only pay the Flat Rate price. You don't have to worry about extra hourly charges.
- Highly trained technicians. Your time is valuable to us that are why our technicians do the job right the first time complete the work as efficiently as possible and don't cut corners.
- Large inventory of service parts on hand. Most parts are inventoried on our trucks. This means shorter time to repair your problem and you don't have to pay for the tech to go to a warehouse for your part.
- Is your equipment worth repairing? Most furnaces last 15 to 20 years. Air conditioners last 10 to 15 years. At some point old equipment isn't worth the cost of repairs. You'd be better off putting the repair cost of old equipment toward the purchase of new high efficient equipment. Our technicians will give you their professional opinion so you can make an informed decision.

We offer a wide variety of maintenance contracts that will keep your equipment running new for years.
