Cary A. Filsinger has 25 years marketing and business management experience. He has overseen corporate communications, operations, and marketing teams at a number of Fortune 500 companies. As a business entrepreneur, Cary has owned and operated a restaurant in Athens Greece. In 2002, Cary teamed with Scott Yerkey to oversee and manage the growing Scott Arthur Yerkey Design business as well as the newly established Scott Arthur Yerkey Furniture company. The furniture and mirror lines include more than 65 custom tables, case goods and upholstery. In 2007, Cary Filsinger and Scott Yerkey combined talents to open a new multi-line showroom and art gallery FILSINGER CHICAGO on the 18th floor of the world-famous Merchandise Mart Design Center. The new showroom opened September 12, 2007 and is the design professional's ultimate resource for luxury furniture, fabrics, lighting, antiques, accessories and much more. The showroom features 18 custom furniture, mirror, lighting, and fabric lines. Cary received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
