I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are unhappy in their romantic relationships, are wanting premarital counseling, are experiencing relational problems with family members, friends or co-workers, or are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, career and life transition concerns and self-esteem issues. My work with couples is focused on rekindling a love connection, improving communication, and building better conflict resolution skills. I also help my clients get through the heartbreak of an end of a relationship or empower them to make the break and provide effective parenting skills during and after divorce or remarriage. In addition, I work with my GLBTQ clients on a variety of life issues.
