Seasons Hospice is a community-based organization providing hospice care. Based in Milwaukee, Wis., it provides an array of services, such as specialized training and expertise in pain and symptom management, psychosocial support for patients and families, bereavement counseling and support for family members and significant others throughout the patient's illness as well as physical, occupational, speech, music and other therapies, to name a few. Seasons Hospice along with Palliative Care offers the open access hospice program in the greater Chicago area.
