He has worked extensively with the design, development, and deployment of large scale systems primarily within the power and mobile, fixed-wire, and cable communication industries. Prior to forming Seldon Systems, Jeff conducted solar energy research for the US Department of Energy, provided fiber optic network engineering services to Antarctica Research Associates, and held senior positions at communications sector companies as well as research organizations such as U S WEST Advanced Technologies, AMS Center for Advanced Technologies, and Bell Northern Research. He holds a MS degree in Computing for Commerce and Industry from the Open University, UK, and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
