Operational for more than 15 years, the Self-Help Center is a nonprofit drop-in center that provides a variety of mental health care services. The center serves adults with mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders. It conducts workshops, educational events and social activities. The center has various support groups and offers several social reintegration programs. The Self-Help Center maintains a food and personal care pantry that features a range of food items and beverages. The pantry offers pasta dishes, hamburgers, soups, orange juice, french fries, cakes, tomato sauce, salad dressings, meatballs and egg rolls. The Self-Help Center additionally publishes a newsletter that focuses on various health-related issues.
