Since 1970, Senate Engineering, a Pittsburgh based company, has been providing engineering and surveying services throughout the Tri-State area. With our main office located in Harmar, PA, and satellite offices located in Kittanning, Washington and McKeesport, we are always in close proximity to our municipal and private clients.
Our engineering services include municipal engineering for over 50 cities, boroughs, townships and authorities. Our Survey Department can provide services in nearly every facet of the land surveying spectrum, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, subdivisions boundary retracement surveys, boundary disputes, accident reconstruction and forensic surveys are among our specialties. Our field crews are outfitted with the latest and best GPS, robotic and conventional equipment.
Senate's GIS Department has created GIS models for many of our municipal and private clients. Our services cover all aspects from needs assessment to data creation to on-site training.
