For over 30 years Seaside RAW BAR has been the locals' spot that more than a FEW of the virginia Beach residence think of when they hear the word "BAR". Owned and operated by Shawn LEVETT. Passed down from HIS father. Seaside provides an inclusive atmosphere with great drinks. Great staff. And the greatest oysters ROCKAFELLER around. It's a hang OUT for many beachfront workers and local musicians but that doesn't mean that anyone is ever left OUT. From local original bands like the reef and union picnic to occasional sets by favorites like borderline crazy. Seaside provides the best in local live entertainment. On Fridays and Saturdays DJS spin their unique blend of TOP 40 and OLD SCHOOL. . . OCCASIONALLY accompanied by live drums and bass provided by DJ smith and Shawn LEVETT. It's NOT just the music though. It's the whole atmosphere that brings it together.
