It is taught through graceful moving meditation exercises based on animal styles: Leopard, Tiger, Crane, Snake, and Dragon. Our system teaches practical combat that integrates Bruce Lee's modern approach and the biomechanics of traditional Shaolin animal forms. Our classes promote overall good health and reduce stress created by the urban jungle.
