Shaolin Kung Fu Academy offers traditional Shaolin Kungfu classes and programs to children, adult and elderly. We have Shaolin Warrior monk - Master Lei Zhou who specialized in tranditioal Shaolin Boxing and Wellness Exercises. Shaolin Kungfu is a 1500-year old system for physical and spiritual wellness. Great program for kids to build character, discipline, balance and flexibility, agility and so on. It is also good for daily fitness work out for working adults. For elderly, we have wellness exercises including qigong, taichi, ba-duan jin, yijin jing, xisui jing to help keep up your physical health by exercising your breathing, tendon/muscle and so forth.
