Ms. Mayberry, arbitrator, hearing officer, and mediator for a wide range of private and public institutions. She is rostered with the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. She is a permanent arbitrator for the State of Maine/Maine State Employees Association/SEIU job classification appeals. She serves as a member of the Maine Labor Relations Board’s Panel of Mediators. She is an appointed Administrative Hearing Officer and mediator for the Maine Department of Education’s Due Process Office and has presided as a hearing officer for the Maine State Retirement System. In addition, Ms. Mayberry focuses part of her practice on real estate disputes. She serves on the Maine Residential Real Estate Mediation panel and the Forclosure Diversion Program.
