Shoemaker High School is located in Killeen, Texas, and serves more than 1,900 students in grades nine through 12. The school has a science and engineering academy that provide courses in computer science, Web mastering, digital graphics and animation; technology applications, principles of engineering and communication graphics. It offers career and technology education programs in child development, business education, food production, marketing management, and peer and family development. The school provides classes in electives, English, fine arts, foreign languages, math, science and social studies. Its special programs include vocational training, content mastery and behavioral management, and it also offices Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program. The school has various extracurricular activities that include sports and student clubs, such as crime stoppers, choir boosters and diamond dolls. Shoemaker High School is a part of the Killeen Independent School District.
