Established in 1867, Shrine of the Sacred Heart School is an educational institution that provides a range of academic, religious and extracurricular programs for students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. It offers classes in math, art, music, social studies and physical education. Shrine of the Sacred Heart School, a part of Shrine of the Sacred Heart, also provides instruction in language arts, science, Bible education and computer technology and Spanish. It conducts several soccer, basketball, and track and field events, as well as independently operated licensed after-school programs.
