Signature Funeral Services was established in 2012, by Rodney E. Williams 35, of Memphis. Our unique location and boutique approach to funeral planning allow us to keep our overhead costs low, while providing unparalleled value coupled with the quality of care to our customers. As a first generation Funeral Service Professional whose career spans more than 18 years, Rodney remains deeply committed to providing the legendary customer service and quality care that every bereaving family deserves. Rodney is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. After graduating from East High School in 1995, he attended Northwest Mississippi Community College where he earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Funeral Service Technology in 1997. After graduating from Mortuary College, Rodney moved to Little Rock, Arkansas to continue a career of Funeral Service, working with one of the largest funeral home & cemetery providers. He received his Funeral Director and Embalming licenses and National Board Certification in Funeral Service Science Arts in 1999. At the age of 35, Rodney is the youngest CEO in the Memphis funeral industry. With over 18 years in the industry, Williams’ experience, expertise and passion for serving families at their most significant time of need sets this young entrepreneur apart in the Memphis funeral services industry. Rodney is the person behind the heritage, vision, and the people who builds Signature Funeral Services' reputation of quality, sincerity, and trust. His extensive experience in funeral service and providing care to families has established him among the most respected young funeral directors in the local community by the families that he has been privileged to serve..
