The restaurants serve pork, grilled barbecue chicken breasts and smoked wings. Smokey Bones restaurants offer soups, sandwiches, and chicken and Caesar salads. Its restaurants also provide steamed broccoli, seared salmon, mashed potatoes, beer-battered onion rings, french fries, and fish-and-chips. The restaurants offer gift cards of several denominations.
