Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill is a restaurant chain that opened its first outlet in Orlando, Fla., in 1999 and has since grown to more than 125 locations across the Midwest and eastern United States. Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill is owned by Florida-based Darden Restaurants, which also owns and operates Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze and Seasons 52 casual dining restaurants.
