Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill is a restaurant chain that opened its first outlet in Orlando, Fla., in 1999 and has since grown to more than 125 locations across the Midwest and eastern United States. Its restaurants feature a mountain lodge-style dining environment that includes the use of timber, fireplaces and television screens. The chain s restaurants offer buffalo burgers, mahimahi sandwiches, portobello chicken, honey-glazed salmon and smoked sausage. Its restaurants also offer chicken cobb, tomato, chicken Caesar, cucumber and onion salads. Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill is owned by Florida-based Darden Restaurants, which also owns and operates Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze and Seasons 52 casual dining restaurants. The chain maintains multiple restaurants in Virginia Beach, Va.
