Founded in 2011, South Rehabilitation Center is a 501(c) (3) non-profit, community based organization. We are a multifaceted metal health and substance abuse clinic offering a wide range of services to our constituency. We offer help to families, the homeless, at-risk youth and adults, seniors and to those suffering from Mental Illness, HIV/AIDS and to our indigent population that are seeking a hand extended and a hand to hold as they move out of the abyss of homelessness and despair. The Mission of South Rehabilitation Center is to empower our customers to improve their quality of life based on their strengths, needs, abilities and preferences.
