South Sound High School provides classes in math, reading, writing and science to more than 190 students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers a range of academic and extracurricular services. It also provides learning, inquiry, simulation, team building and independent study opportunities for students. South Sound High School maintains a staff of more than 15 certified teachers. It additionally administers the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). The school provides transportation and food services. South Sound High School is located in Lacey, Wash. The school is a part of North Thurston Public Schools, which includes several elementary, middle and high schools.
