Southern California Montessori School has been serving the West Los Angeles and surrounding communities since 1972. We support a loving, caring and nurturing environment for children ages 2 1/2 - 7. Taking into account that each child has a unique personality and an individual style of learning. we provide a quality, hands-on education in the areas of practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics, science, music and the arts and crafts. We also offer extracurricular classes in gymnastics, yoga, piano and computers. All staff members are trained in pediatric 1st aid and CPR. To help children who do not have the English as their first language, we have teachers who speak English, Spanish and Japanese. Potty Training is also available. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 6:00 PM. We offer a year round program, which includes Summer, with 1/2 day and full day sessions. Before and after school care is available. Additionally. we offer different payment plans. Please call and schedule an appointment to observe a class in session. It will provide a wonderful experience of the Montessori program.
