Founded in 1997, Centerstone is a nonprofit organization governing various community-based mental and emotional health providers. It provides a full range of behavioral health and related educational services to individuals of all ages and their families. It provides counseling services on a range of issues, including marital discord, depression, addiction, the effects of abuse, and other emotional and behavioral issues. The organization also provides evaluation services for stress, anxiety and depression, and offers therapy, vocational and socialization services. Centerstone provides various programs, such as alcohol and drug treatment, and independent, long-term and transitional adult, children and youth residential treatments. It also provides criminal justice and hospital liaison services. Centerstone operates more than 60 licensed facilities and nearly 140 partnership locations throughout Tennessee and operates a location in Columbia, Tenn.
