The Speech & Language Center at Stone Oak, also known as Stone Oak Speech, offers evaluation and treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults with communication problems such as: • Speech or language delays • Speech sound problems • Stuttering • Oral-motor dysfunction • Accent reduction & more Reading readiness and support services for grades Pre-K through middle school include: • Early literacy skills • Beginning reading • Dyslexia • Reading, spelling, and writing Pediatric feeding services are also offered for: • Infants with difficulty nursing • Children with food aversions and/or limited food tolerance. All speech-language pathologists are master's level, ASHA certified, and state licensed professional SLPs.
