The home models offered from the Vintners Series include the Merlot, Cabernet, Chablis, Riesling, Zinfandel, Syrah and Pinot. Homes models offered at The Classics include Plans 2039, 2372, 2486, 2826, 2046 and 3109. New America Homes' Harbor Village offers the Harbormaster, Outrigger, Spinnaker, Schooner, Mariner and Lighthouse.
