Our guests are greeted and offered a beverage the minute they walk in. During their shampoo experience, they receive a relaxing warm towel scalp massage which is followed by a warm towel hand treatment. We believe this is an important part of our service, because we want to make sure our guests feel at ease and comforted in our space.
