Spring Woods Senior High School, located in Houston, offers a college preparatory curriculum to more than 2,100 students in grades nine through 12. The curriculum provides learning experiences in language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, health, physical education, art, computer instruction, business, design technology and career and educational planning. The school focuses its priorities and resources on expanding opportunities in science and math reasoning, complex, critical-thinking, technology and effective communication skills. Spring Woods Senior High School's students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular opportunities in athletics, music, art, clubs and service organizations, and in various sports, including basketball, football and volleyball. It is a part of the Spring Branch Independent School District.
