Director Larry H Turner, LCAC, began his career as an Employee Assistance Consulatant for Hazelden Foundation. Larry completed graduate studies for Alcohol & Drug Education at the University of Minnesota with high distinction, interning at Hazelden, Abbott-Northwestern Hospital, Target Corporation, and St. Paul-Ramsey Medical Center in St. Paul, Minnesota. He was then hired as a counselor to help develop the dual disorder chemical dependency treatment program at St. Paul-Ramsey. Larry was then hired to design, implement and direct a new outpatient treatment program at St. Francis Medical Center in northwestern Minnesota. Following a year of successful programming at St. Francis Medical Center, in 1985 Larry opened his first outpatient treatment program in North Dakota called Pathways Recovery Centers.
