Located in Santa Ana, Calif., St. Edna's Nursing Center is operated by Covenant Care and offers a variety of health care services. It is a more than 140-bed nursing center that offers 24-hour skilled nursing services. The center offers weekly rehabilitation conferences, dysphagia programs, discharge planning, home management, caregiver training, cognitive assessment and wound management programs. Additionally, it offers neurological deficit, orthotic and prosthetic management, cardiopulmonary and orthopedic rehabilitation programs, and gait, balance and fall recovery programs. The center provides treatment for strokes, brain injuries, amputation, neuromuscular dysfunctions, arthritis, Parkinson s disease, orthopedic injuries and multiple sclerosis. It also offers treatment for swallowing disorders, cardiac and pulmonary conditions, and knee and hip replacements. The nursing center offers a wide variety of services, such as dental, optometry, infusion therapies, respiratory monitoring, pain and case management, wound care programs, and hospice and respite care.
